A litigator planning a case often ends up drawing a tree: the legal basis at the root, the key facts as branches, then remedies, risks and next steps. ilovelawyer's Legal Terminal has a pane that builds that tree from the case file.
ilovelawyer is AI legal intelligence software for lawyers. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
What the Mind Map shows
The Mind Map pane is a case strategy tree with five branches: Legal Basis, Key Facts, Remedies, Risks and Next Steps. A lawyer can expand any branch with AI, which generates further detail from the case. The aim is a visual strategy generated from the case file that the lawyer can then correct and extend.
How it connects to the other panes
The Terminal offers up to 19 panes that a lawyer arranges freely. A natural pairing puts the Mind Map beside Attack Strategy, which lists affirmative moves tied to blockers and readiness, and Defense Strategy, which prepares answers to the other side's likely defenses. Red Team adds a ranked list of the attacks opposing counsel is likely to make.
